Advanced Practice Nurse - Nurse Practitioner Chronic Pain Clinic/PMOP

Neurology Department is recruiting for Advanced Nurse Practitioner (APN) to provide a range of services emphasizing Pain Management, Opioid Safety, and Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PMOP). The PMOP Coordinator is assigned to the Chronic Pain Service and supports the Facility Pain POC, PACT Pain Champion and Clinical Leads in coordination of pain management, opioid safety, and prescription drug monitoring program (PDMP)-related initiatives and implementation of VHA and Joint Commission.
